1. Eligibility

• Users must be 18+ years old.
• Renters need a valid driver’s license.
• Owners must have legal ownership of listed vehicles.

2. User Accounts

• Provide accurate account details.
• Keep login credentials secure.
• Violations may result in account suspension.

3. Vehicle Listings & Rentals

• Owners must provide truthful vehicle details.
• Vehicles must be insured, registered, and in good condition.
• Renters and owners handle agreements directly; Ride Xchange acts as a platform only.

4. Payments & Cancellations

• Payments are processed between Host and User directly. In case Ride Xchange support is required for generation of GST invoice, the payment can be made via Ride Xchange with a service fee of 2%.
• Owners set rental prices; service fees may apply.
• Cancellations and refunds shall be decided between Host and User directly.

5. Liability & Prohibited Activities

• Owners must ensure vehicles are legally insured.
• Users shall be responsible for damages of the vehicle.
• Illegal use, reckless driving, and false information shall lead to legal actions.

6. Disputes & Termination

• Host and User must resolve disputes internally.
• Ride Xchange may mediate but is not liable for outcomes.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts violating these terms.

7. Modifications & Governing Law

• Terms may be updated; continued use implies agreement.
